A refined, cool-climate Pinotage from Hazendal's Estate Collection, made by Kiara Scott Farmer from a single 1.6-hectare vineyard in the Bottelary Hills.

Picked in several passes and fermented with indigenous yeasts using whole bunches, whole berries and destemmed fruit, then aged 11 months in 500-litre French oak and concrete. Elegant and precise rather than heavy.
