Sourced from carefully selected vineyard sites, the wine captures Carignan's naturally vibrant acidity and savoury complexity. Bright red fruit aromas are complemented by notes of juniper, rhubarb, fennel, and graphite, while the palate is energetic and finely structured. Elegant fruit-coated tannins and a pronounced mineral edge create a wine that is both immediately enjoyable and capable of rewarding further cellaring. 

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Vibrant raspberry and pomegranate aromas layered with savoury notes of juniper, rhubarb, fennel, and subtle graphite minerality.

Palate: Bright and energetic with flavours of raspberry, red cherry, pomegranate, and a touch of Campari-like bitterness, supported by vivid acidity and finely textured tannins.

Finish: Long, succulent, and mineral-driven with lingering red fruit, savoury herbs, and a stony graphite edge.
