Haute Cabriere Chardonnay Pinot Noir

Haute Cabrière in Franschhoek makes wine only from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, guided by Cellarmaster Takuan von Arnim's belief that wine is grown, not made.

Chardonnay's freshness with Pinot Noir's body: vibrant citrus and firm acidity, white peach, litchi and red berries, and a fresh finish. Lovely with chicken, fish and creamy risotto.
