Grenache Saison Farmhouse Ale by Soul Barrel X Afro Caribbean

Where beer meets wine: a collaboration between Soul Barrel and Afro Caribbean. Whole-bunch Grenache from neighbouring Vrede en Lust in Simondium began fermenting on its skins before being blended with a saison wort of wheat, oats and local hops.

Co-fermented, finished with saison yeast and raspberries and bottle-conditioned for six weeks. Dry, structured and highly aromatic.

Bottle Size: 375ml
