Distilled from locally sourced six-row barley and matured in cherry wood casks before a unique finish in botanical-conditioned ex-bourbon barrels, this expression offers a harmonious blend of fruity richness and spiced complexity.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Burnt orange hue.

Nose: A decadent bouquet of fudge, toffee, raisins, orange liqueur, cinnamon, lime zest, and milk chocolate, with a touch of sea salt.

Palate: Smooth and layered, featuring notes of cherry, raisin, toffee, and hints of apple and pear, reminiscent of a flambeed Christmas pudding.
