The eighth Private Edition. Bacalta, Scots Gaelic for baked, refers to bespoke, heavily toasted American oak casks seasoned with Malmsey Madeira and baked in the sun before finishing.

Honeyed apricot, white chocolate and peach crumble; mint toffee, caramelised orange, honeycomb, almond and dates, with a rich, syrupy finish.
