Germana Cachaca

Founded in 1912 and still made on the original farm: fresh-pressed cane juice, naturally fermented and distilled in a direct-fired copper pot still. Rested a year in steel, then a year each in French oak and Brazilian balsam wood. The bottle is wrapped in dried banana leaf.

Banana, sugar cane, dry corn and black pepper.
