Made in Bot River by founder Melissa Genevieve Nelsen from a pocket of Chardonnay on the Van der Stel Pass, with careful vineyard work and minimal intervention.
100% Chardonnay. Delicate, fresh and precise: mineral and fine, with citrus, fruit blossom and toasty finesse. A perfect aperitif.
