Flor de Caña 12 Year Old Rum

A premium aged rum from Nicaragua's Flor de Caña, matured for 12 years in American white oak bourbon barrels at the foot of the San Cristóbal volcano. The family estate's rum-making history dates back to 1890.

Made without added sugar, it takes its richness from the oak: red fruit, honey and toasted nuts on the nose, then vanilla, baked apple and seasoned oak on a smooth, medium-bodied palate. Polished and dry enough to sip neat, and excellent in spirit-forward cocktails. 40% ABV.
