Fento Wines ‘Bico do Cabo’ Albariño 2025

A 100% Albariño from Val do Salnés, the most Atlantic-influenced corner of Rías Baixas in Galicia, made by Fento Wines, the project of respected Galician winemaker Eulogio Pomares. The vines grow on decomposed granite.

No oak and no malolactic: fermented in stainless steel and rested about four months on fine lees for texture, keeping fruit, acidity and a salty Atlantic edge to the fore. Bright, crisp and very easy to enjoy at 12.5% ABV. Made for oysters and grilled fish.
