Elephantom African Dark Rum

A tribute to the phantom bull elephant of the Knysna Forest, the last of a lost herd, seen and then gone.

Triple distilled from cane molasses in a copper pot still and aged in bourbon casks: rich, rounded and fruity, led by caramel.
