Distilled in 2016 and matured for 10 years in carefully selected first-fill Sauternes wine casks, this expression showcases Edradour's rich, creamy spirit enhanced by the luscious sweetness and elegant complexity of France's famous Sauternes dessert wines.

Deep golden amber with bright honey highlights.

Nose: Rich and inviting with aromas of honeycomb, ripe apricot, peach and orange marmalade. Layers of vanilla custard, white chocolate and floral blossom are complemented by toasted oak, raisins and delicate baking spices.

Palate: Luxuriously smooth and full-bodied. Sweet notes of honey, poached pear and tropical fruit combine with vanilla cream, butterscotch and soft oak. The Sauternes cask influence contributes flavours of candied citrus, dried apricot and gentle spice, while Edradour's naturally rich spirit provides excellent texture and depth.

Finish: Long, warming and elegant with lingering honey, dried fruit, vanilla, oak spice and a delicate floral sweetness.
