Domaine Des Dieux Rose of Sharon Brut Rose Cap Classique

58% Pinot Noir and 42% Chardonnay, coloured by the saignée method, cool-fermented in steel and aged 72 months on the lees.

Strawberry, black cherry and raspberry with a hint of rosewater; a fine, soft mousse, generous attack and clean, dry finish. A great aperitif and food wine.
