Tasting Notes

Colour: Straw yellow with pale golden hues and vibrant clarity.

Nose: The bouquet opens elegantly: toasted almonds, lightly roasted hazelnut, powdered cocoa, and brioche sit beside white fruits (pear, apple) and hints of dried flowers and citrus peel. Subtle smoky-mineral notes and a reductive undercurrent add complexity.

Palate: On the palate it delivers a fine balance of tension and depth: grapefruit, lemon rind, crisp orchard fruit, delicate grain and toast, plus saline minerality and a backbone of chalky texture. The texture is silky yet precise, with a gentle weight that speaks to its extended maturation.

Finish: The finish is long and refined, with lingering citrus, nutty almond notes, mineral salinity, fine chalk, and elegant toasted nuances.
