Diemersdal Wild Horseshoe Sauvignon Blanc

Diemersdal's vineyards were ploughed by horses for decades, and the team still occasionally finds horseshoes, hung in the cellar for luck.

Bold, leesy, spicy and concentrated, with a touch of oak, quince, tropical fruit, grape tannin and a smoky flourish.
