Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Deep, intense red hue.
Nose: A complex bouquet featuring musk, cinnamon, cloves, red cherries, cigar box, and allspice.
Palate: Broad and silky-smooth, with layers of red fruit, roasted almonds, and maraschino cherries. Fine, textured tannins lead to an exceptionally long finish.
Serving Suggestions: Best enjoyed at 16–18°C (60–64°F). This wine pairs exceptionally well with hearty dishes such as rich stews, venison, roast lamb, or beef. Its complexity also complements matured cheeses like Cheddar or Gouda.
