A limited-edition Highland single malt from The Dalmore's Rare & Prestige range, distilled on 20 November 1991 and limited to 936 bottles worldwide. It was aged first in ex-bourbon American oak, then in Graham's Port barrels. 43.8% ABV.
Manuka honey, dark berries, marzipan and cinnamon on the nose. The palate is lush with Victoria plum, dark cacao and maraschino cherry, with a hint of coffee. The finish is long and refined: blood orange, ginger cake, liquorice and sugared almonds.
