The nose: Light and refreshing, fruity, oral, herbaceous, white owers, pear, apple, banana, hints of almond and ripe plum with some mineral notes.

Taste: Crisp and well-balanced acidity, with just enough residual sugar to add a touch of smoothness.

Food pairing: Perfect for an everyday aperitif or as an accompaniment to simple savoury finger foods like focaccia and bruschetta. Pro-Spritz is so refreshing, it is suitable alongside almost all appetisers.
