Château d'Aiguilhe 2016 is a distinguished red wine from the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux appellation in France. Owned by Count Stephan von Neipperg, this estate is renowned for its commitment to sustainable viticulture and traditional winemaking practices.
The 2016 vintage is a blend of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc, harvested between September 30 and October 18. The grapes were hand-picked and underwent meticulous vinification, including fermentation in temperature-controlled vats and aging in French oak barrels, 30% of which were new, for 15 to 18 months
