An expressive Stellenbosch Shiraz from the Helderberg, hand-picked in two early-morning pickings.
Most was fermented in steel, with the rest in small open fermenters, including lots with 50% and 100% whole bunches, punched down by hand. Elegant, complex and balanced, with dark fruit and spice.
