The Cavalli Reserve White 2025 is a premium Cape White Blend that showcases the exceptional quality of the Helderberg terroir. Crafted from 60% Chenin Blanc, 30% Verdelho and 10% Chardonnay, this elegant blend brings together the richness of Chenin Blanc, the vibrant freshness of Verdelho, and the finesse of Chardonnay to create a wine of remarkable complexity and balance.

Carefully barrel fermented and matured for 10 months in French oak, the wine develops impressive texture and depth while preserving its vibrant fruit character. The first month in barrel allows for the completion of alcoholic fermentation and 30% malolactic fermentation, after which the wine remains on its lees to build richness, complexity, and a beautifully creamy mouthfeel. The use of 30% new 300L Burgundy cooper French oak barrels contributes subtle spice and structure without overshadowing the fruit.

The result is a refined white blend with expressive aromas of white peach, pear, citrus blossom, and brioche, supported by vibrant acidity and a long, mineral finish. Already highly acclaimed, the 2025 vintage was named Best Overall in the Cape White Blends Top Six with 95 points.
