A refined Chenin Blanc from the Helderberg. Picked on several dates, with each parcel made separately before blending.
Whole-bunch pressed, fermented entirely in French oak and aged seven months on the lees, with minimal malolactic to keep it bright. Elegant, textured and fresh.
