A small-batch 100% agave reposado from the Highlands of Jalisco, made by French-born biochemist and tequila maker Sophie Decobecq.
Eight months in ex-bourbon American oak add depth and gentle spice while keeping the cooked agave bright and fresh. Lovely neat, and it lifts any premium cocktail.
Bottle Size: 700ml
