Matured in oak casks for seven years, this brandy offers a bright, delicate profile with soft apple aromatics, a gentle sweetness, and a clean, crisp finish.

Born from a single 1,000 L batch of local cider, this special bottling is part of the distillery’s one-off Bread + Butter series – once it’s gone, it will never be made again. Presented in a 500 ml bottle at 40% ABV, it’s best enjoyed over ice, making it the perfect after-dinner sipper, especially alongside pork belly or a hearty roast.
