Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Deep mahogany amber with a warm glow .

Nose: Elegant candied fruits, dried plums, sultanas, toffee, creamy vanilla custard, rich hazelnut, and foundational peat smoke and sea breeze.

Palate: Luxuriously smooth with stewed fruit, blackcurrant, plum skin, allspice, star anise, cocoa powder, leather, damp peat, and toasted oak—creamily woven with sweet citrus and hazelnut.

Finish: Long, refined, and warming—soft toffee, salted caramel, lingering smoke, balanced oak spice, and a gentle coastal saline edge.
