Boulder Tawny Port Cask American Single Malt Whisky

A limited-release American single malt from Boulder Spirits in Colorado. Made from 100% malted barley and double pot distilled, it spends three years in heavily charred virgin American oak before up to a further year in ex-Tawny Port casks.

The nose shows fresh biscuits, honey and dried fruit. The palate is rich and rounded, with flan, rum-soaked raisins, chocolate-covered almonds and nougat, finishing with ripe mango and toasted barley. Bottled at 46% ABV.
