Bottega Gianduia (Hazelnut Choc)

Gianduia was born in Piedmont in 1806, when costly cocoa led pastry chefs to replace some of it with toasted ground hazelnuts, creating an elegant chocolate of cocoa and nuts.

Bottega's cream liqueur captures it: pleasantly sweet, velvety and moderate in alcohol, with a final touch of grappa for a distinctive aromatic lift.
