Seelug, Afrikaans for “sea air,” is a focused and elegant single-vineyard Chardonnay from a small block on the Helderberg foothills overlooking False Bay. The 2024 vintage—the winery’s third—continues BLANKbottle’s tradition of low-yield, terroir-driven expressions sourced from just four vine rows. It represents a pure coastal statement in contemporary South African white wine.

Finish: Clean, long, and refreshing—marked by zesty acidity, mineral grip, and a lingering saline lift.
