BLANKbottle ISA - 42 2021

A 100% Merlot from high on the Helderberg, reviving one of BLANKbottle's first wines in its original little black label.

Pieter Walser found that the Merlots he loved grew in weathered granite: light, well-drained soil that demands careful farming. Aged 18 months in small French oak, 40% new. Solid, structured and serious. Tim Atkin: 89 points. 14.5% ABV.

Bottle size: 750ml
