Bellingham Pod Red Blend

An opulent Cape Blend from Bellingham's Pod range, rich with layered dark fruit, black cherries, plums and sweet spice.

Fine but grippy tannins, juicy fruit and a bright line of acidity leading to a long, mouth-filling finish. Superb with richly sauced beef or venison, pork belly, or black forest cake. 14% ABV.
