Beau Constantia Pas De Nom Creative Batch White 2023

Born in unconventional times: Chenin Blanc, Roussanne, Verdelho, Chardonnay, Viognier and Clairette Blanche, fermented entirely on the skins in concrete.

Amber-hued. Citrus and clove, ginger and lemongrass, then savoury complexity; energetic, with lovely salinity. Expect the unexpected.
