Tasting Notes

Colour: Deep, opaque garnet with a dark, velvety rim.

Nose: Seductive and layered. Aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, mulberry and ripe plum intertwine with cedar, cigar box, vanilla pod and subtle graphite. Hints of cocoa, dried herbs and spice emerge as the wine opens.

Palate: Rich, full-bodied and impeccably structured. Concentrated black fruit — cassis, blackberry and dark cherry — is supported by fine, firm tannins and perfectly integrated French oak. Notes of dark chocolate, earthy spice and pencil shavings add depth and sophistication.

Finish: Long, powerful and seamless. Lingering cassis, oak spice and polished tannin confirm the wine’s pedigree and superb ageing potential.
