Babylonstoren Chenin Blanc 2025

Chenin Blanc from granite slopes in the Paarl-Simonsberg area. The grapes get 12 hours of skin contact and a slow, cold ferment, and part of the wine rests in cement eggs and terracotta amphorae for a silky texture.

White peach, pineapple and lemon zest with a clean, mineral edge and lively acidity.
