Amrut Fusion

One of the whiskies that made the world take Indian single malt seriously. Fusion combines Indian barley with peated Scottish barley and is matured in Bangalore's warm climate. In 2010 Jim Murray's Whisky Bible rated it 97/100.

Bottled at 50% ABV, it's rich, malty and spicy: citrus and fruit give way to toffee, vanilla, dark chocolate, oak and warming peat smoke that never dominates. Try it neat, then with a few drops of water.
