Soul Barrel Brewing Ale of Origin Gueuze - Oak Aged South African Sour Beer

Soul Barrel's South African lambic, made the traditional way: a turbid mash of local raw wheat and barley, boiled three hours with aged hops, cooled overnight in a coolship and fermented only by wild yeast from the surrounding fruit farms.

Aged in French oak wine barrels and blended from 1-, 3- and 5-year-old barrels into a gueuze.
