Afro Caribbean Who's Who in the Yuzu Session IPA

A bright fruited session IPA from Cape Town's Afro Caribbean Brewing Company, built around yuzu, the fragrant Japanese citrus. Yuzu brings lemon, mandarin and grapefruit notes, while Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops add tropical fruit and aromatic lift.

Pilsner, wheat and CaraBlond malts keep the body light, and 29 IBU gives a proper IPA finish without drowning the fruit. At 4.4% ABV, it's a crisp summer beer made for long afternoons.
