Afro Caribbean Lemon Meringue Pie Pastry Sour

A drinkable lemon meringue pie from Cape Town's Afro Caribbean Brewing Company. This pastry sour combines fresh lemon zest, vanilla and lactose with a biscuity malt bill of Pilsner, Maris Otter, Biscuit and Munich.

Hazy golden yellow, with bright lemon, sweet vanilla and biscuit. Creamy and smooth, with just enough acidity to cut through the sweetness. 5.8% ABV, 11 IBU.
