Afro Caribbean Delight Club Fruit Sour

A cocktail-inspired fruit sour from Afro Caribbean Brewing Company and Rhys MacBeth (Cocktail Daddy), modelled on the classic Clover Club. Raspberry gives the bright, tart core, while rose and cacao nibs add floral perfume and a darker, intriguing layer underneath.

Pilsner malt, rolled oats and wheat give a soft, rounded body that balances the acidity, and at 12 IBU bitterness stays in the background. Rosy pink in the glass, and it changes as it warms. 7% ABV.
