Abasolo Mexican Whisky

A whisky from Mexico made with 100% Cacahuazintle corn. Some is nixtamalized, an ancient cooking method, and some malted, then fermented for over 120 hours and double distilled in copper.

Roasted corn, buttered popcorn, vanilla and toffee; milk chocolate, baked apple and caramel with spice. 43% ABV.
