A bold milestone in luxury tequila, 1800 GuachiMonton Añejo is the first añejo ever finished in orange tequila liqueur casks, delivering a citrus-infused twist on aged tequila. Inspired by the ancient circular pyramids of Los Guachimontones in Jalisco—now a UNESCO heritage site—this edition pays tribute to regional history with a striking red ceramic bottle echoing volcanic clay and pyramid architecture.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Rich amber with copper highlights and sparkling depth.

Aroma: Bright fresh orange, honey, caramel, ripe orchard fruit, and toasted wood – aromatic and inviting.

Palate: Velvety and layered. Expect orange-tinged sweetness interwoven with vanilla, laurel, fresh tobacco, soft oak spice, and mineral undertones.

Finish: Clean, dry, and lingering with persistent orange zest, faint salinity, and a subtle peppery warmth.

Serving Suggestion

Serve neat or over a single large ice cube to showcase the citrus depth. Its refined structure makes it equally ideal in elevated cocktails—think an Old Fashioned with orange twist or a luxe margarita.

Collector’s Note

A signature release from 1800 Tequila, this añejo represents a cultural and creative homage to Jalisco’s roots. From its unique orange‑cask finish to its architectural bottle design and UNESCO outreach, it’s a collector’s dream and conversation starter.
