Bright, elegant and full of finesse, this Blanc de Blancs is crafted solely from white grapes (typically Chardonnay), offering crisp citrus, orchard fruit and delicate pastry notes on the palate. A lively mousse and vibrant acidity give it a beautifully refreshing finish, making it perfect for celebrations, aperitifs, or pairing with seafood and light cuisine.
